Product warranty and return method: Our Chill Kombucha product actually has a shelf life of up to 1 and a half years. However, we care about the quality of the product when it reaches the customer. Because they are fermented products, they can become more sour over a long period of time. We don’t want that to affect your taste buds. For the same reason, our Chill Kombucha products have a shorter shelf life (only 4 months). As a healthy product, we guarantee that the products that sent to your hands are fresh products. If you feel there is a problem with our product, please contact us immediately. Maybe there it are some manifestations of fermented products, we will explain to you. But if our product really has a problem, we will give you a 1 to 1 exchange warranty. Certainly, returning the product will not incur any costs because it is our fault.
